This will prompt you to add your desired coverage information to the Decision Help tool which looks like the link to the far right.

 The graphs to the left represent the Rain Index for each Interval for the last 10 years in Grid 27157, our above example.
 
The red line on each graph is Rain Index of 100 which is equal to the 10 year average.

Simply, PRF pays when the rain index falls below the line.
